Interlink FDAS: a trade website built to win the site survey.
I positioned, wrote, designed, and built the website for Interlink Management and Consultancy, my relative’s fire detection and alarm system (FDAS) business. It sells a technical, high-stakes service to facility managers across Luzon, and every page leads to one action: a free site survey.
FDAS Engineered to Protect Your Building, Not Just Pass Inspection

Everything: positioning, copy, design, local SEO, and the WordPress build.
Interlink Management and Consultancy, my relative’s company, installing and maintaining fire detection and alarm systems since 2017.
Owners and facility managers of hotels, restaurants, marts, schools, and hospitals.
Sell a technical service to very careful buyers.
Facility managers are responsible for people’s safety. They compare installers carefully, they worry about passing inspection, and they don’t want to be sold equipment they don’t need.
The website had to prove expertise, local presence, and trustworthiness before anyone picked up the phone, then make the next step feel low-risk.
Five pieces,
one job: the site survey.
Every part of the site moves a cautious buyer one step closer to requesting a survey.
A consultancy-first message: risk is assessed before any product is recommended.
A headline that names the buyer’s real worry, “not just pass inspection,” and plain-language service descriptions.
Four provinces broken down to city level, a search-ready page title, and business and FAQ markup for Google.
Established 2017, licensed engineers, manufacturer authorizations, partner logos, and real field photos.
One action repeated throughout, “Request a Free Site Survey,” plus click-to-call, and a CCTV & IT page for related work.
The thinking behind
the build.
Lead with the buyer’s real fear.
Nobody wants a system that only exists to pass inspection. Naming that worry in the headline shows the business understands what’s really at stake.
Consultancy first, not product first.
Facility managers want advice, not a sales pitch. The site explains the assessment and design process before it lists a single product.
Proof on every scroll.
Certifications, partner brands, a documented three-step process, and real photos from real installations, not stock images.
Name the places.
Service areas are listed down to the city, from Quezon City to Lipa, so local searchers and Google both see an exact match.
Built for a real,
working business.
Your trade. Same approach.
Fire alarm systems, garage doors, roofs, or HVAC: buyers of every trade want the same three things before they call. Proof you understand their problem. Proof you’re the safe choice. Proof you work where they are.
That’s what this site is built to show, and it’s the same approach I bring to every home-service website.
Proof first. Then the call.
